Shipping Information  |
| We ensure that all items are shipped the most efficient way possible to reduce damages and provide the highest level of customer service. Below is a shipping guide to help you better understand our shipping procedures and policies. |
| Ground Shipping- We ship all smaller boxed items via a ground carrier such as Fed-Ex or UPS. These items will be delivered usually within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. |
| Common Carrier (LTL) - Items that are too large for ground shipment will be delivered via common carrier. This includes UPS Freight, Fed-Ex Freight, etc. The carrier will usually deliver the items within 3-7 business days from shipment date. The carrier will notify you a day in advance of the delivery. This carrier usually only delivers curbside. This means that you will be responsible for getting the items from the curb into you residence or business. |
| Home Delivery Threshold- This delivery method is used when the items are too fragile or heavy for common carrier. This carrier is the same as a common carrier except that they deliver the product to the threshold of the residence or business. |
| Home Delivery Inside- This delivery is the same as the above methods except that the carrier will deliver the product to the 1st room or dry area inside the home or business. |
| Home Delivery White Glove- This includes the same options as above and the bonus of it being a 2 man delivery to the room of choice, un packaging of the items, light assembly (under 15 minutes, no electrical), and removal and disposal of the packing material. |
| *NOTICE* All the items listed on our site include the ground or curb service free of charge unless otherwise specified. If any additional services are needed, feel free to purchase them in the checkout. If services are needed after checkout, please call our help center as soon as possible. For all deliveries; we, nor the carrier, will be responsible for any damage that occurs after the package is signed for without proper evidence that the damage was concealed and is a manufacturer defect or issue. |
